From coast to country-we hail from Byron Bay and Dubbo.

BUT- it all began back in 2018 on a Beyond Bitumen car rally in aid of Beyond Blue. The boys, Rabbit and Andrea, along with a couple of great mates, Justin and Dan, were at The Trundle pub chatting to couple of old locals.

Within moments of the first chew, their eyes lit up with delight!!! “ this stuff is amazing mate” as they continued to devour the whole packet. The same reaction happened along the way through Bathurst, Gulgong, Dubbo, Parkes, Condobolin, Forbes and Orange. Now our following is strong throughout Australia.

We found the perfect source of sustainable, low fat protein in the iconic Australian Kangaroo, from which we have created this incredible Roo jerky. It took a while to perfect the recipe but with the help of the girls, Susan and Karen , we are now proud that our product is loved by all who try it.
